I work with founders, CEOs and their leadership teams. After 20 years in SaaS marketing, I know the difference between marketing that looks busy and marketing that moves the business forward. There are three ways to work together.

One-to-one mentoring for founders and senior marketers, and hands-on support for the teams around them.

How we would work

Most of my work is on a monthly retainer, because that keeps me close enough to your business to be useful. I also take fixed-scope projects and one-off sessions. I work with a small number of businesses at a time, so each one gets proper attention.

I’m Darren Gallagher, a SaaS marketing leader with 20 years’ experience across digital performance, brand transformation and organisational design. I hold an MSc in Psychology, and I run independent research with founders and CEOs on what they expect from marketing.
